La Renaissance typifies casual, relaxed dining in the unique atmosphere of a lovely old church. The warm ambiance is enhanced by a friendly, well trained staff. The main dining room, built in 1888, with its oak pews, stained glass windows and high vaulted ceiling has a period charm. The Garden Room, enhanced by greenery and sunshine by day or candlelight in the evening, is often requested by guests. A spacious Banquet Room with curved wooden beams and several small private dining rooms, each with its own individual character, complete the restaurant complex. Excellent prime rib, seafood, baby back ribs and steaks are specialties, and a chef's selection, which changes daily, incorporates seasonal delicacies. The full bar carries only premium brands and stocks a wide selection of imported and domestic wine and beer. Moderately priced, dinner includes five course (lunch includes three) served tableside from wooden carts. The crowning touch to a memorable meal is the diner's selection from the delectable dessert cart. |

| The Banquet Room lends itself beautifully to the most formal and elegant dinners and receptions, or equally well to informal Dixieland Jazz evenings and cabaret style performances. It is a lovely and versatile setting for events with 50 to 150 guests. | |
| The Nostalgia Room has an informal, old fashioned decor, and is ideal for events with 20 to 30 guests. | |
| The Serendipity Room, with its sunny, southwestern decor, is well suited for events with 20 to 48 guests. | |
| Three small balcony rooms are also available on occasion for VIP events or closed door conferences. | |

| Booking an Event | |

Our private rooms are in constant demand. As soon as you know the date of your event and approximate number of guests attending, contact our Banquet Manager (543-6367). Once a date is agreed upon, send your deposit immediately t confirm and reserve that date. We cannot hold a private room until we have received the deposit, which will be applied to the total cost of your event. The Banquet Manager will work with you on menu and beverage preferences and other details. Advance planning allows us to anticipate your needs and insures a quality event. |

| For a luncheon or dinner party with less than 20 guests you may choose one of the following styles of service if scheduling and staffing permit: | |

each guest orders from the dining room menu. the host selects two or three entrees and each guest chooses his preference. the host selects a single menu to be enjoyed by all guests. |

| Larger Groups |
|
|
For a luncheon or dinner party with more that 20 guests, a private buffet is often the most elegant and comfortable style of service. This offers the flexibility to incorporate our finest available items. The Banquet Manager can provide you with sample menus (see below) or can assist in creating your own custom menu. Remember, a wide variety of items are available. If you have something special in mind, please consult the Banquet Manager. Many excellent items are available year round. Others are available on a seasonal or special order basis. Wine is a festive addition to any event. La Renaissance offers an extensive selection of domestic and imported wine by the bottle. A guarantee of 20 or more guests is required for a buffet. A firm minimum count is required 72 hours (3 days) prior to your event. Food products provided by someone other than La Renaissance (wedding cakes, for example) must be approved by the Banquet Manager. There is a small per person charge for serving products provided by the host. It may be necessary to occasionally substitute menu items or service products. These will be replaced by items of equal or greater value. To guarantee specific items or services, an additional charge may be necessary. Prices are subject to change without notice. Firm prices are quoted at the time your reservation is placed and the deposit is paid. |

La Renaissance has a full service bar and stocks an extensive selection of domestic and imported wine and beer. We will be happy to help you choose the wines, liqueurs or other beverages to enhance your meal. An interesting assortment of Alchohol-Free beverages is also available. You may arrange for a hosted bar (host pays for all the drinks) or cash bar (each guest pays for his own). Complimentary hors d'oeuvres are available with a cash or hosted bar by prior arrangement with the Banquet Manager. A private bar serving your group exclusively (cash or hosted) may be available to large groups if scheduling and staffing permit. Our Banquet Manager can provide further information. Special Note: The State
of Colorado has stringent laws related to alcoholic beverages. No alcoholic
beverage of any type may be brought on premises by any host or guest.
(This includes gifts and prizes). It is unlawful to serve alcoholic
beverages to anyone under 21 years of age. Proper identification is
required. By law, no alcoholic beverage can be provided by anyone
other than La Renaissance. Bottles of wine or other alcoholic beverages
cannot be brought onto the premises for door prizes, gift exchanges,
etc. There are no exceptions to these regulations. |

| Total payment is due at the completion of an event, unless prior arrangements are made. American Express, Visa, Master Charge, Diners Club, and Discover cards are accepted. | |

| Private Room Requirements | |
|

La Renaissance does not charge a rental fee for the use of its private rooms as many other facilities do. However, we have a minimum charge for the use of each room. This minimum charge is usually completely covered by the cost of your entire party. We must charge for each and every quest in attendance whether or not they choose to eat. A minimum charge is necessitated by the labor required to prepare a room before an event and clean up a room after each event. If your event extends beyond our regular business hours of 11:00 am to 2:00 pm or 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, there may be an additional charge. Each of our private rooms can accommodate a maximum number of guests comfortably and without impairing the quality of service. When reserving a room, be aware that your may need to limit your \reservations to this maximum number. The Banquet Manager must be notified 72 hours (3 days) before an event of the firm number of gue\ts who will be attending. The guaranteed number may be increased during the three day period if the room capacity will allow or if a larger room is available, but no allowance can be made for a decrease in the number of guaranteed reservations. We will book your party in the room best suited to accommodate the size of your party. Your preference for a specific room will certainly be respected, but cannot be guaranteed. Since each of our rooms is unique and lends itself to certain table arrangements that look most attractive and facilitate excellent service, we request that once a room arrangement is agreed upon between the host and our Banquet Manager, that the arrangement not be changed. |

| Certain rooms can accommodate only specific types of programs. Performances or entertainment, other that a speaker, must be approved by the Banquet Manager to ensure that the room is appropriate for the entertainment you have in mind. | |

| Each room at La Renaissance has a distinctive style all its own, minimizing the need for additional decoration to be provided by the host. Custom items such as Centerpieces and Flower Arrangements are available at additional charge. Decorations other that those provided by La Renaissance must be approved by our Banquet Manager and must comply with health and safety regulations. (Open candles, angel hair, etc. would not comply). | |

| La Renaissance will be excused from furnishing the services and food specified when failure is due to governmental regulations, riot, flood, fire, lightning, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event service cannot be furnished as arranged, for reasons listed above. La Renaissance may furnish food and service, as available, at prices ordinarily charged but not to exceed price agreed upon. | |
