About the Chef

Chef Bill is a Colorado native, who has been practicing his culinary skills here since 1966. With thirty years of experience in food service operations, his work was enhanced with a degree in Culinary Arts from the Colorado Institute of Art and Certification from the American Culinary Federation as Chef de' Cuisine in 1996. As a Certified Chef de' Cuisine, Bill served as Sous Chef at the Adam's Mark Hotel in Downtown Denver and as Executive Chef for McGraff's Casual Dinner House in Loveland, Colorado. More recently, Chef Bill has been certified with the APCA and received accreditation as an APCA Chef Instructor.

In 1997, Chef Bill received the title Special Events Coordinator for the Summit Restaurant in Loveland. “This is where the idea to focus on the aspect of becoming a personal chef came from. Combining the enjoyment of preparing the food service for all the special occasions we have had, but more as a result of the recognizing the needs of our everyday or repeat customers.” From weddings with several hundred guests to dinners for two, the Special Events Coordinator became the platform to which the need for Personal Chef services in Northern Colorado was recognized.

Regular Services:

Initially we access your needs preferences over the telephone. There is a (20) meal or person minimum that may include up to (5) different entrees including appropriate side dishes and condiments. Typically this will provide a family of four (1) meal for each day of the week or dinner for (2) for almost two weeks, or work as a complete brunch, lunch, or dinner party for up to (20) guests. We then determine a date and time to meet and discuss menus, dietary needs, special tastes and any other personal preferences that your individual situation requires. Once the menus and recipes have been chosen, we do all of the shopping for the freshest, finest ingredients available. Then on your scheduled date and time I will come to your home for a “cooking day” when I will prepare all of your chosen dishes. These meals are then labeled and dated with easy instructions for service. After we do the dishes, you come home to your clean kitchen filled with nutritious, homemade, easy to serve meals for your enjoyment.
