You will delight in the option to savor all you wish, whether your choices may include our hearty Beef Stew with tender cubes of beef; our popular two bean Chili; a beflowered Garden Vegetable Soup; the often requested Broccoli Cheese; Chunky Chicken Rice Soup; classic French Onion; or just our simple, but exceptionally rich Potato Leek Soup. A call will tell you which two soups we will be serving today.

Our Salad Buffet provides you the freshest of greens, both Spinach and Lettuce, with the traditional array of toppings. You will also enjoy a variety of fruit and vegetable salads. You may find a crispy Waldorf Apple, and Pineapple Pistachio Salad or Lemon Mandarin Orange.

Accompanying our Honey Wheat Bread each day, you can indulge in scrumptions muffins and fluffy rolls which are so freshly baked that we may warn you to let them cool a minute or two. Our moist Cornbread needs no further advertisement than to suggest you sample it for yourself.

Our blocks of fine cheese especially invite you to consider our list of selected wines and beers as the perfect compliment to your meal. We are pleased to offer you the option of our favorite Colorado microbrews and wines as well as a variety of other domestic and international spirits. If you are celebrating a special occasion you will want to add the enjoyable bubbly sparkle of a bottle of champagne!

Children under 10 are welcome to enjoy whatever they please from our salad buffet, and we will gladly serve them our kid's plate, hot dog or peanut butter and jelly with chips, as requested.
